With the May Primary just around the corner and the November General Election fast approaching, the decisions we make in the next few months will shape our district for years to come. Whether you’re concerned about local policy or the national stage, your involvement is the missing piece of the puzzle. We need your energy, your perspective, and your unique talents today to ensure a better tomorrow for all of us. We welcome people of all backgrounds and ages to join us and share in the effort.

In brief, here are steps you might take today:

2. Come to our monthly meetings.
3. Make a plan to vote in the May primary.

Make sure you are registered to vote – registration deadline is April 6. Early voting begins April 7 and election day is May 5.

Ohio District 14 Partners holds in-person meetings each month to plan and report progress on our efforts. These meetings are a great way to meet like-minded people and start to be more involved.

Ohio District 14 Partners hosts a protest every Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Garfield Park in Mentor, Ohio. This group just celebrated a one year anniversary of weekly meetings at Garfield Park!

There is an important primary election on May 5. Plan to vote!

Spread the word, amplify the message.

Show your support for your favorite candidate – send money, put up a yard sign, wear their campaign button
Speak to friends family and neighbors about what you are experiencing as you learn about OhD14P.
Tell people about up-coming events and suggest they attend.

Ask to be paired with a mentor or buddy to help you get started.

If you want to get involved and are not certain where to start, or how to start, we will have someone call you and speak in person. We are glad to help you get started as a political activist.

If you would like to attend an event but want to feel safe and welcome when you do, we will make sure there is someone to either go with you, or greet you. A buddy can explain the ropes so you get off to a good start.

Ohio District 14 Partners is a group that depends entirely upon the volunteer efforts of our members! We want to continuously expand our capability, the number of people we reach, and have a bigger impact to benefit our community in a positive way.Our group can benefit if you are able to share your skills and experience.
